One short note,at the right moment.

Fino Steer is how what Fingene notices reaches you in time to matter. It sends one short message when a real pattern shows up, and only if you’ve switched it on.

What it is

A nudge, not a notification storm.

Insight that arrives a day late is a post-mortem. Steer exists so that a useful observation can reach you near the moment it applies: before a payday week, on a tired evening, when a pattern you have flagged is about to repeat.

It is deliberately sparse. One note is the aim. An app that speaks rarely is more likely to be heard.

You choose the times, and you can turn it off completely. A missed note costs nothing.

The lock screen never shows amounts, merchants or your Gene.

How it works

Opt in, then stay in charge.

  • You switch it on

Steer is off until you turn on notifications and agree to it. It needs your permission to send anything at all.

  • It waits for a real pattern

Nothing is sent on a schedule for its own sake. A note appears only when Fingene has seen something worth saying.

  • It keeps it short, and private

The lock screen shows a generic line only. Amounts, merchants and your Gene are never shown there.

  • You can tune or stop it

Choose a daily reminder time, or none. Switch off notifications under Your data and Steer goes quiet at once.

Two kinds of nudge

Present-state, and a little ahead.

Present-state nudges

About what you are living now

A short note tied to what your recent check-ins show, such as a reminder that a restless week is a good week for a quiet evening. Part of Plus.

Predictive nudges

About what may come next

A short note tied to what Mind Readerâ„¢ sees coming, with the small move attached. Part of Pro.

Boundaries

A nudge has limits.

Questions

Asked often.

No. It can only send you a note. It never moves money, makes a payment or touches an account.

A short, generic line. Amounts, merchants and personal details are not shown on your lock screen.

Rarely. It is built to send one useful note rather than many.

Turn off notifications under Your data or in Settings, and it stops immediately.

Present-state nudges are part of Plus. Predictive nudges are part of Pro. Both are rolling out after launch.
