Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST, and every payment gets a tax invoice. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Existing subscribers keep their price to the end of the paid period. Founding Members keep their price while their plan renews on time, with a 14-day grace period.

Payment and auto-renewal
Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. Fingene never sees or stores your card, UPI or bank details. Founding Member is a single payment for one year of Pro and does not renew automatically; we remind you before it ends so you can renew at your founding price. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically through a UPI AutoPay mandate or another method you authorise, until you cancel. We notify you before each renewal as your mandate requires. If a payment fails we retry, and if it keeps failing we move you to Basic rather than cutting off access without warning.
Cancellation
Cancel any time in Settings or by emailing support@thefingene.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep paid access until the end of the period you already paid for, and your data stays on the Basic plan.
Refunds

Request a refund at support@thefingene.com with your registered email and the transaction ID. We acknowledge within 48 hours and decide within 7 working days. Approved refunds reach the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
No financial guarantees. Nothing in a paid plan promises a financial outcome. We charge for access to the product, not for results.
