Plans and billing

Basic is free. Plus is ₹249 a month, or ₹2,499 a year from day 91. Pro is ₹349 a month, or ₹3,499 a year. Founding Members can get Pro for a year at ₹1,999, ₹2,499 or ₹2,999, depending on which of the 1,000 seats they take (first 100, next 400, last 500).

Yes. All prices include 18% GST, and every payment gets a tax invoice.

At launch. Nothing is charged before then.

Through a payment partner. Recurring plans use a UPI AutoPay mandate or another method you authorise. We never see your card or UPI details.

In Settings, or by writing to support@thefingene.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep paid access until the end of the period you paid for.

Monthly plans: a full refund within 7 days of the first charge if you have barely used it. Annual plans: a full refund within 14 days. Other cases are in Billing and refunds.

We retry. If it keeps failing we move you to Basic rather than cutting access off without warning.

Renew within 14 days of your renewal date and your price holds. After that, it moves up to the current rate.

We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Existing subscribers keep their price to the end of the paid period.
